FICTIONAL DEMONSTRATION — NO CLIENT DOCUMENTS Fictional vendor AtlasFlow responds to a fictional manufacturer’s enterprise procurement questionnaire. Neither party is a client. S01 — Product specification Section 1.1 The Enterprise plan supports configurable approval workflows and role-based permissions. A workspace administrator assigns roles. S02 — Identity specification Section 2.1 SAML 2.0 single sign-on is included in Enterprise. SCIM provisioning is not currently supported. S03 — Hosting architecture Section 3.1 Production application and primary database are hosted in France. Backups are stored in Germany. The architecture document does not establish the locations of support access or all subprocessors. S04 — Operational resilience draft Section 4.1 The proposed recovery time objective is eight hours and recovery point objective is twenty-four hours. These objectives have not been demonstrated in a documented recovery test. S05 — API guide Section 5.1 The REST API exports records as JSON. An administrator can download a CSV export. The guide does not describe a production SAP connector. S06 — Implementation estimate Section 6.1 A pilot is estimated at four weeks after approved inputs and access are received. The customer supplies a project sponsor and an identity administrator. Historical data migration is excluded from this estimate. S07 — Commercial schedule Section 7.1 The illustrative software subscription is EUR 48,000 annually and implementation is EUR 12,000 once. Support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Paris time, excluding public holidays. No twenty-four-hour support is included. S08 — Retention policy draft Section 8.1 The draft proposes deletion within thirty days of contract termination. Legal retention exceptions and the backup deletion schedule remain to be confirmed.
